Mission: Impossible II is an American film and the sequel to Mission: Impossible. This time, secret agent Ethan Hunt is sent to save the world from an evil villain in Australia who has created a deadly disease that threatens all life on Earth.
Well, seeing as I enjoyed the first one so much, I’ve decided to go the whole hog and watch the rest of the series. Obviously, sequels are never as good as the first one, and this was the same, however with a bit more CGI, the directors were able to make it a lot cooler.
The story was a little less exciting, as it did come down to saving the world at the last minute, which was a little too predictable, however all of the ideas were still very fun and entertaining, such as riding a motorbike at 100mph and standing on the road alongside it. (Right…)
Overall, this was once again good fun to watch for me, however the fact that the story was a little too predictable and similar to the first movie made it a little less entertaining, so I’ll give it a 7.8.
