Fierce Creatures is a British film about a finance firm which takes over a zoo, and in order to prevent it from closing down, they have to come up with some rather extraordinary ways of attracting visitors.
This group of comedy actors, namely John Cleese, Jamie Lee Curtis and Kevin Kline are fantastic on screen together, which makes their films especially entertaining, albeit this one was farcical beyond belief in my opinion.
Although every step of this film was basically like watching a modern ‘Carry On’ film, it was quite entertaining to see financial business people in a zoo, where the intent is to entertain visitors, and them attempting to come up with much more logical ways of attracting more people.
As an added bonus, we get to see Kevin Kline doing one of the worst Australian accents I have ever seen attempted in a film, which made it very funny as it just got more and more stupid as the story progressed, so that’s why it gets a 7.4.
