Big is an American film about a young boy who makes a wish to be big, and once he has to leave home, he discovers that living in the adult world isn’t so difficult at all.
This was a really nice film to watch in my opinion. The whole thing was extremely cheesy, and it had a very predictable story, but I thought that it was the sort of feel-good film that was good fun to watch for anyone to cheer you up on a cold winter’s day.
Despite being so cheesy and predictable, the story was still interesting to follow, and I thought that the parts of the boy’s life as an adult were shown in a very intriguing way, while also being very entertaining to watch.
In terms of the comedy of this film, I have to say that it was alright. It wasn’t necessarily the most hilarious film I’ve ever seen, but despite that, it was still funny throughout, and very entertaining to watch, and due to that, along with its massively feel-good factor, I’ll give this a 7.3.
