Frost/Nixon is an American film about the British talk show host, David Frost, who attempts to stage hard interviews with the former disgraced President of the United States, Richard Nixon, however Frost discovers that “Tricky Dick” is more than just a name…
This was an absolutely fascinating story. I was so surprised by these events, thinking that it was perhaps a different David Frost to the famed comedy performer here, but it wasn’t. Michael Sheen played an excellent part as the interviewer, and Frank Langella was an incredible Richard Nixon.
The movie was complete with an excellent storyline, great tension, and it definitely gave you the feeling that you just wanted Nixon to talk, and confess to his involvement in the Watergate Scandal, as it was just so engrossing to watch the film and be involved in the story.
Overall, I’ll give this a 7.9 because it had an incredibly interesting storyline, with many scenes filled with extreme tension, so it was all in all a fantastic film to watch.
