Step Brothers is an American film about two men in their late 30s whose parents get married, and they are forced to live together, and then move out and get their own jobs.
This was just completely ridiculous. I loved the way that Brennan (Will Ferrell) and Dale (John C. Reilly) acted so much like kids, in almost every aspect of the movie, which made it hilarious.
The two men are just so juvenile throughout, and although they do eventually grow up and get jobs at the end, which is a little disappointing, the jokes and farce just get more and more ridiculous as the movie goes on, especially how they are bullied by young children at the nearby playground.
Overall, this gets a 7.7 because it was very funny, and coupled with one of my favourite comedy actors: Will Ferrell, it was great fun to watch.
And that’s one month of films already done with! I’m amazed I’ve even made it this far, and I’m already 6 films ahead of days, so I’m now going to make it a target to try and get to 400 films in the year, so I’ll need 35 extra films throughout…
