Little Miss Sunshine is an American film about a family who drive across the USA to take a little girl to the finals of the Little Miss Sunshine beauty pageant.
This was a good film to watch, and I enjoyed many of the jokes, especially the way that they managed to put up with driving across the whole country in a relatively trashed camper van.
Steve Carell, as normal, was brilliant in this film, even though his part was not as big as I thought it would be, while I also enjoyed the teenage boy, Dwayne, in his vow of silence, which I thought was hilarious.
However, I found the little girl, Olive, SO ANNOYING in this film, and although I have a feeling that that was the film makers’ aim, I couldn’t bare to watch her.
This gets a 7.2 because I enjoyed the comedy a lot, however I found some characters very annoying, as well as some parts of the storyline.
