Bad Teacher is an American film about an incompetent woman who quits her job as a high school teacher, and has to come back, as after she has broken up with her previous boyfriend, she needs money to save up for a boob job to impress a new male teacher at her school.
This was a very stupid film, and I mean that in both the good and bad ways. For some complete farce, and a relatively entertaining film, this was fine, but for an interesting story, with any good characters to keep your interest, this is not the right film.
In the film, there were some good jokes, which I enjoyed perfectly well, but the problem was the majority of the jokes were overly moronic and had no depth to them at all, which I found a little disappointing.
Also, all of the characters were extremely annoying in this film. Cameron Diaz’s character was too ‘bad’ and lazy to be at all interesting, while the rest of the characters were very one-dimensional and just irritating, making the film itself quite annoying to watch.
Overall, I’ll give this a 5.8 because although it had some good comedy in it at times, it was mostly a pretty poor and annoying film for me to watch.
