Crazy, Stupid, Love is an American film about a middle-aged man who comes out of a divorce, and makes friends with a young, dashing man who tries to help him find his youth again and find another woman.
Well, this is one of Steve Carell’s ultimate performances. He was so funny in this film that I was crying with laughter nearly every time he spoke, and along with some other great actors and actresses such as Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone and Kevin Bacon, it was a very enjoyable film to watch indeed.
I loved how ridiculous the whole film was, and the way that they managed to put numerous completely farcical story lines all following people’s pursuit of unrequited love was hilarious, making it nearly 4 times as funny as it would have been with just one story.
Overall, I loved this film from start to finish, as it was extremely funny, with a very interesting storyline, fantastic characters, and a very surprising twist at the end of the film that I didn’t see coming AT ALL.
