Little Fockers is an American film that is the follow-up to the films Meet The Parents and Meet The Fockers. It is about the family grandpa, Jack Byrnes, who comes to spend Christmas with his family, with the hope of appointing his son-in-law as the new family head.
This was just a really poor film. I really enjoyed the first two of these films, but this was very disappointing in my opinion. The story was very boring, it wasn’t actually that funny, it was very frustrating to watch, and surprise surprise, it was set at Christmas time!
That’s how you can tell if the makers of a comedy movie aren’t too confident of its actual hilarity, if they release it at Christmas when everyone is bored and wants to spend some money, they’ll still get their money back when it is released, even if it’s rubbish.
Obviously, I think that Ben Stiller and Robert DeNiro are great actors, and I thought that they were absolutely brilliant in the first film, but they were unable to actually be at all funny because this was very poorly written, with very few good jokes in it, and that’s why I have to give it a 5.
